The Little Gift Co ships within India only and uses reputable courier companies. Due to the personalised nature of most products, your order may take a couple of weeks to reach you but rest assured we make all possible efforts to get your product to you at the earliest. Please refer to the individual products for detailed information.
In the case of orders with more than 1 product, all products will either be shipped together or in parts depending on the vendor. We will inform you via email in the case that your order is being shipped in parts.
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays. You will receive an email and/or text message with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Shipping duration depends on location. The transit time for metros is generally 2-3 days while other destinations could take up to 7 days to reach.
While we use reputable couriers and work hard to ensure your order reaches in time, we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays due natural disasters, strikes, bank holidays or situations beyond our control.
Shipping fees are calculated at actuals from our carrier service provider rates.
Due to the personalised nature of majority of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.
In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id, after which you can follow up with your bank if you would like to have the refund expedited.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to hygiene & safety concerns with regards to our products as well as the personalised nature of majority of the products, we have a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
If there is any genuine case for exchanges of a personalised product, please contact us on our emailwithin 3 days of receiving your order & we will try to handle these exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office in Mumbai within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you. If we are unable to replace the item due to a size not being available or the item being out of stock, we will provide you with a discount code that can be used against any future purchase on our website.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
In the event that a product reaches damaged, please email us within 3 working days along with images of the damaged product and we will help you out. Please be aware of the fragile nature of some of our products which placing orders. Please refer to the product description and/or warning notes in this regard.
