Personalized products are custom-made to your specifications and are non-returnable.
Returns for personalized products will only be accepted in the case of damage or defects.
If you receive a damaged or defective personalized product, please follow the steps outlined under the Damaged Products section below.
If your product arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. To initiate a replacement:
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product by emailing info@thelittlegiftco.in.
Include photographs of the damaged product and your order details.
Once your request is approved, our delivery partner will collect the damaged item, and a replacement will be processed at no additional cost.
For non-personalized products, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
It must be free from any damage, stains, or signs of tampering.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
To initiate a return for non-personalized products, submit a return request within 7 days of receiving your order through the "Returns" section on our website.
Prepaid Orders: Refunds for eligible returns will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected and approved.
COD Orders: Refunds will be transferred to the bank account provided during the return request process within 7 business days.
All returned items will undergo a quality inspection. If the returned product does not meet the specified return conditions, the refund or replacement will not be processed.
